Be You

When we think about relationships often we only focus on what we want. “I want him to look like this or I want her to vote this way.” But what if we focused more on our behavior rather than our wants? What makes us desirable isn’t what we want but rather, what we do. Who we are. It’s fine to have a wish list for whom we would like to spend our time with and fall in love with but don’t let that take over. Don’t allow yourself to get carried away with what you want and forget that you have to be that kind person before you can appreciate that kind of person.
